Ordering Information (short version)

1. Pick the picture/plaque you like….
2. If you do not see the one you like and you have a particular theme in mind email Val and he will work directly with you to materialize your vision in as ceramic work, a one of a kind picture will be made just for you.
3. Email us with your order or questions.
4. We will confirm all the details and send you an email confirmation. You can pay online through the following this link, or by money order.
5. Delivery is 4-6 weeks.


Ordering Information (long version)

All of the works are individually handcrafted by the artist himself. There is no direct reproduction, therefore, each ceramic picture/plaque is an original. Please read the information below carefully, it explains our ordering and return policies. If you have any questions, please call us at (208) 949-3481 or email.

Delivery Time:

Each ceramic work is made by hand after the order is placed. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Hand making ceramic works is a lengthy process, so we would appreciate your patience. We will confirm every order by email. You will be able to pay online, or money order. Please save the confirmation emails, for your reference.

Return Policy:

We guarantee that all sent items will be of high quality and substantially similar to those on the website. If you are not 100% satisfied we will refund the full purchase price, however, you must pay for shipping the item back to us. If the issue with your purchase was caused during the shipping process, please notify us as soon as possible and we will replace it.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped using USPS ground service. Add 10% for shipping and handling to all orders.

Sales Tax:

Idaho residents need to add 6% sales tax.

Important Information:

The ceramic works that you order are made by hand. Each piece is unique and has slight color and size differences. We carefully inspect each picture for defects before it leaves us.
