Payments, Ordering, and Returns
 
 
Payments - We accept 2 methods of payment:

1. Use Your Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, American Express subject to technologically secure online verification and approval by the issuing bank, via appropriate physical and electronic safeguards.
   
2. Send A Check/Money Order We accept U.S. based Money Orders Cashiers Checks or personal checks, made payable to "Ceramic Fantasy" mailed to this address 7500 Riverfront Drive, Marsing, ID 83639. International Money Orders will not be accepted.

No shipments will be made before payment is received and cleared.


Other Payment Information

1. Please do not send cash in the mail!
2. Sales in Idaho will be subject to state sales taxes of 6%.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. There is a $25.00 surcharge applicable to all returned checks.


Shipping:

We ship every day as needed, and usually within 24 hours of completing your order. All pictures purchased from Ceramic Fantasy are made once the order is received. We ship domestically and internationally, usually through U.S.P.S. and shipping insurance is available. We also ship through UPS, since in some cases, UPS is less expensive. Regular shipping price is included in the price of the picture, however if you do want an express delivery extra charges will be added. For international shipping extra charges will apply. Charges are based on the country to which the pictures are shipped, local tariff and extra insurance if needed.
