| If you are not happy with your picture for any reason and wish to return it please contact us via email or phone within 30 days of delivery. Refund will be issued in the check and mailed to you at the address provided once the returned picture is received by us. We do not pay for shipping on the returned items. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit from "Ceramic Fantasy" to you, we will be happy to assist you in such cases, just email us the circumstances along with the order information and your contact information so we can determine the proper steps to be taken in terms of replacing your order. |
